Services



Board



20x32 Paddock 14x14 Cover w/o shavings $750/month

20x32 Paddock 14x14 Cover w/ shavings $825/month


20x32 Paddock 14x20 Cover w/o shavings $800/month

20x32 Paddock 14x20 Cover w/ shavings $875/month


​Overnight board $20/day


All board options include:

  • Turnout 6 days a week
  • Private tack shed
  • Daily stall cleaning
  • Three feedings a day (up to 4 flakes/20lbs a day, more available at additional charge)
  • Blanketing (winter blankets, fly sheets, etc.)
  • Owner provided grain may be fed at no additional charge.

Mandatory 4 training sessions a month required.



Pasture



Turnout is included in all boarding packages


Individual Turnouts for short term horses $15/day


Horses are turned out between breakfast and lunch feedings.


NOTE: Management decides where is appropriate for your horse to be turned out and holds the right to move your horse at any time. Owners with destructive horses will be charged for damage.



Training/Lessons



Mandatory 4 sessions a month - $300/month (can be training rides or lessons)​


Full Training 5x a week $900

Partial Training 3x a week $660

Individual Training Sessions $60 (individual sessions that can be added to an existing training package)

$15 trailer in fee


NOTE: 24hour cancellation notice is required and no shows will be charged. It is your responsibility to schedule prepaid lessons with the trainer. Missed lessons are not refundable.

Fly control $50/month (mandatory April-Oct.)

Hay barn storage $50/month

Trailer Storage $35/month

Additional Hay $1.95-$2.95 per flake (market price)

Farrier/Vet services $15/30 minutes (30 minute minimum)
